Had a great time with my friends exploring the town center and visiting Upminster Windmill. The staff were super friendly, and the location was spot on for what we wanted. Just a heads up, breakfast is continental only, but it was tasty enough! Definitely a nice spot for a group getaway.
On the downside, we found the shower to be quite small, making it a little uncomfortable to use.

Great stay with a few minor hiccups
I enjoyed my stay with spacious, clean rooms and a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The proximity to the tube was incredibly convenient for exploring London, and the pub downstairs offered delicious meals at reasonable prices. the noise from the bar was quite noticeable late into the night, which could be disruptive to some guests.

Clean rooms and comfy beds
Just spent a night here and was really pleased! The room was super clean and the bed was so comfy. The bathroom was modern and had great toiletries. Loved the bar downstairs, good vibes! Only thing was the noise from the pub below, but it wasn't a big deal since we were out partying most of the time.

Clean, spacious room with a modern touch. Proximity to the tube station makes trips into London a breeze, just a short 30-minute ride.
Rooms can use better lighting, especially near mirrors and desks. coat hooks would help during colder months since bulky coats eat up hanging space. The mattress leaned a bit firm for my liking, though they could add a topper if needed. Noise from the busy pub below can travel, especially during events, so light sleepers should be aware. Some breakfast options lean more towards a cold buffet, which may not suit everyone’s taste.
